Order cancellations are only possible if the item is before the shipping preparation stage. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service center or Q&A board as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped are difficult to cancel and must proceed with the exchange/return process after receipt.

Currently, SKULLHONG accepts payments via credit card, simple payment, PayPal, and other supported payment methods. Available payment methods may vary depending on the country and payment environment.

Domestic shipping costs ₩5,000, and free shipping applies to orders over ₩100,000. International shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the ordered items, and the exact amount can be confirmed at checkout.

After your order is completed, items are generally shipped within [1-3 business days / 2-7 business days], and additional time may be required for delivery depending on the shipping address. Delivery schedules may be delayed due to high order volumes, pre-order/reservation items, or public holidays.

Please contact our customer service center or Q&A board within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will guide you through the process. Items must be in unused condition, and exchanges/returns are only possible if tags/packaging/components are not damaged. For exchanges/returns due to a simple change of mind, the round-trip shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.

Due to the nature of sale items, exchanges and returns due to a simple change of mind may be restricted. However, in cases of incorrect delivery or product defects, exchanges/returns can be processed as usual. Please be sure to check the information on the product detail page before purchasing.

For member purchases, points are automatically accumulated after the order status is completed as purchase confirmed. Accumulation rates and usage conditions may vary depending on events or operational policies, and detailed information can be found on My Page.
