Hello, this is SKULLHONG. Thank you very much for contacting us and for letting us know about the issues you experienced. Regarding the password reset email, we have now updated and improved our email delivery system. Please try requesting the password reset email once again. It may take a short time to arrive, so we also recommend checking your spam or junk folder. If you are still unable to log in, please note that you can also place an order as a guest without logging into an account. Regarding access from Malaysia without a VPN, we have made adjustments to some of our server security settings and are continuing to investigate and improve access from overseas. We hope this will allow more customers to access the website without using a VPN. However, because connection conditions may vary depending on the country, internet provider, network environment, or device being used, we are currently unable to guarantee that VPN-free access will work in every environment. We will continue working to make the website more accessible and stable for our international customers. For payment, both credit card and PayPal payment methods are available. If either payment method completes successfully, your order should be processed normally. However, the availability or behavior of each payment method may differ depending on your country, card issuer, PayPal account, browser, or internet environment. If PayPal does not work properly for you, you may try using a credit card instead, and vice versa. Regarding the Yellow Mummy T-shirt, if the available quantity sells out again during the additional sale, we are planning to offer another opportunity through a pre-order sale. Details regarding the pre-order schedule and estimated shipping period will be announced separately. We sincerely appreciate your patience and support, especially after the difficulties you experienced during the previous opening. We are doing our best to provide a more stable and comfortable shopping experience for all of our customers worldwide. Thank you for supporting SKULLHONG. |
